Al Sharia Ladies Park


Only 1 Km away from the Hotel. This Park was inaugurated by H.H. Sheikh zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late president of the UAE in November 1995. The park aims at providing the ladies with full comfort and benefits within the framework of the UAE, social habits and traditions through the presence of a 170 meters long swimming pool equipped with all safety measures and systems. It also houses a socio-cultural center including a library containing references in all humanitarian knowledge fields in which English language and computer training courses are held. This center also includes an art shop for manual and artistic works and a health club for different sports and aerobic equipment. It also include a Cafeteria and a group of rest houses and a small zoo for the provision of all comfort knowledge and entertainment means to its visitors.

Al Rahba Hospital
Al-Rahba Hospital is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. It is one of the most prominent hospitals in the UAE, located in its capital Abu Dhabi. It is a government, multi-specialty hospital that fundamentally provides healthcare services to the public. The Yas Marina Circuit

It is the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke, and is situated on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina is the second Formula One track in the Middle East, with the first being in Bahrain. A GP2 test race was held to officially open the circuit, which was held a week before the 2009 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Sheikh Zayed Mosque

It is the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates and the eighth largest mosque in the world. It is named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and the first President of the United Arab Emirates, who is also buried there. Abu Dhabi Ice Rink
It  is located at Zayed's Sports City off Airport Road, Abu Dhabi. It takes a few minutes to get there if you're in the main town. It is a must-visit place. It is a greatway to beat the scorching heat of UAE .This  attraction has been a massive hit with both local residents as well as tourists, they even have days just for women so, unless you're female, make sure you check the times to avoid disappointment. Marina Mall Tower
It is the second largest shopping mall in Abu Dhabi and the fifth largest mall in the United Arab Emirates. The Marina Mall is very beautifully located in the Water Breaker Area about 1 km. away from the Corniche which is a popular place. The Marina Mall has more than 400 shops with four supermarkets and two hypermarkets. The famed mall sells everything from the smallest pin to the world’s best car. All the international brands are available here and you have a scope for wide selection. The Marina Mall Tower is owned by the National Investment Corporation.

Abu Dhabi Mall


Abu Dhabi Mall is currently the largest mall in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, ahead of the recently renovated, Marina Mall. Abu Dhabi Mall comprises more than 200 stores, including a Cineplex, supermarkets, a large hypermarket (Abu Dhabi Co-Operative Society) as well as a large food court. The Corniche

The Corniche is a long road that extends almost 6 km or 4 miles from the Sheraton Hotel to the Hilton Hotel. There are several gardens lined all along the Corniche around the coastal boulevard that borders the city. The ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, loves greenery and gardens and fountains are the result of that love. The other important feature of the city is the fountains and can be seen on every intersection of the Corniche. With the modern buildings facing the sea for the background, it is one of the most picturesque sites in Abu Dhabi. Some of the sensational sandy beaches of Abu Dhabi are located along the seafront Corniche.



Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club

The Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club was initially setup in 1993 to form a solid organizational base for the powerboat racing in Abu Dhabi. Since that time the ADIMSC has been the driving force behind the growth of Powerboat racing along with DIMC in the U.A.E and Gulf region as a whole. Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club

Taweelah

Taweelah is a special place in a special time for the region. Plans call for the creation of the largest integrated industrial project in the UAE, around the smelter of the Khalifa Port & Industrial Zone (KPIZ).

The project will also be one of the biggest in the Middle East. It will be connected to a new port that will be constructed on land being reclaimed from the Gulf and managed by DP World.

The port will have bigger capacity than the present capacity at Jebel Ali, the Gulf's busiest port in 2007.

The new smelter will feed metal to a variety of new industries at the heart of a new industrial free zone. Other projects on the KPIZ agenda include a world-scale steel mill and an auto-parts industry. There will be a direct connection to the new Abu Dhabi airport 10 kilometres away on the other side of the Shaikh Zayed road.
